How to find us…

Situated on the beautiful ‘Road to the Isles’

Camus Ciuin is ideally situated for exploring the Highlands and Islands. It nestles between hills and the sea towards the end of the Road to the Isles, 37 miles west of Fort William and just 5 miles from the fishing port of Mallaig with it’s ferry service to Skye and the small isles and 3 miles from Arisaig, where boats can be taken daily to the Small Isles of Rhum, Eigg and Muck.

During the drive you can see lochs, mountains, waterfalls, the sea, an occasional train and often some deer! The Road to the Isles also takes you past Glenfinnan, home of the famous Glenfinnan Monument and spectacular viaduct (Harry Potter bridge).

Most visitors arrive by car via Fort William but you can arrive by boat from Skye, or the train which stops in Morar. If you are planning to fly, there are airports at Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness. It is quite straightforward to get a train from any of these airports.
